Education

Dietmar Niederkofler earned his surveyor's diploma in 1977. In 1980, he passed the real estate agent exam in Bolzano and, in 1986, the state examination, which allowed him to be registered in the professional register of surveyors. In 1987, he was appointed as a court expert at the Regional Court of Bolzano.

Professional Experience

After completing his education, Dietmar Niederkofler worked in the family business as a surveyor and real estate agent. From 1977 to 1986, he was a teacher at the Bruneck Vocational School, specializing in construction trades. In parallel, he served as an officer with the "Brigata Iseo" from 1979 to 1980. He was a member of the Bruneck Volunteer Fire Department from 1979 to 1994 and taught radio communication at the Nals State Fire School.

Since 1985, Dietmar Niederkofler has been on the board of the "Association of Building Owners" and leads the Puster Valley branch. From 1980 to 2014, he was a member of the "South Tyrolean Real Estate Association," where he also served on the board. From 2001 to 2008, he was a member of the "Commissione d’estimo" of the State Technical Office as a real estate expert. Since 2004, he has been a member of the Bruneck Municipal Economic Committee, working as a freelancer and real estate expert.
