A technical Office with tradition and innovation
1948
In 1948, Dr. Emil Niederkofler founded the first real estate office in "Val Pusteria". In a modest office in Bruneck, he laid the foundation for a success story that continues to this day. With his pioneering spirit, he created the basis for what would later become known as the Technical Office Niederkofler. Dr. Niederkofler's goal was not only to assist the people of the Puster Valley in their search for real estate but also to establish a trustworthy partner for all matters related to real estate.
In 1977, his son, Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler, successfully graduated from the School of Surveying and two years later followed in his father's footsteps. In 1979, he took over the real estate agency and led the company into the next generation with new ideas. To meet the increasing demands and the growing customer base, Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler relocated the company headquarters from Graben No. 4 to Stadtgasse No. 17 in Bruneck.
In 1982, Dietmar Niederkofler was registered with the Chamber of Surveyors and founded the Technical Office Niederkofler. This expansion allowed for additional services to meet the growing demand for technical consultations and planning. The Technical Office Niederkofler quickly developed into a competent partner for construction projects of all kinds.
In 1989, the company moved to its current headquarters at Galileo-Galilei-Straße 6 in Bruneck, where it continues to operate from a central location.

The success story of the Niederkofler family continues with the next generation. After completing his engineering studies in Vienna in 2018 and gaining valuable professional experience with an engineering firm and construction company, Dipl. Ing. Hagen Niederkofler joined the Technical Office Niederkofler in 2024, working alongside his father, Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler. Since then, he has been co-leading the company with his father.
